Welcome to Raza & Mercer. By accessing our website or engaging our buying desk for sourcing, procurement, or trade execution services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Commercial Services
Raza & Mercer operates as a multi-category global sourcing house and export partner, coordinating origin procurement, factory auditing, pre-shipment quality inspection, and international shipping logistics.
Quotations & Spot Pricing
- All quotations provided via website inquiries, procurement briefs, or formal proforma invoices are based on current origin market prices, raw material rates, freight rates, and currency exchange rates.
- Spot quotations remain valid strictly for the timeframe specified within the formal quotation document.
- Raza & Mercer reserves the right to revise pricing in the event of significant market fluctuations between inquiry and order confirmation.
Specifications, Sampling & Quality Assurance
- Technical product specifications, pre-production samples, and packaging designs must be formally verified and approved by the buyer prior to commercial production.
- Final shipments are executed against approved samples and agreed-upon laboratory test parameters (Certificates of Analysis).
International Trade Terms (Incoterms)
All shipments are executed under mutually agreed Incoterms 2020 (FOB or CIF), as confirmed in writing prior to dispatch.
Intellectual Property & Private Labeling
- All original brand names, artwork, logos, and custom packaging designs supplied by the buyer for white-label manufacturing remain the sole intellectual property of the buyer.
- All content, logo crests, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Raza & Mercer and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
While Raza & Mercer exercises rigorous quality control and factory vetting, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, port congestion, maritime carrier cancellations, or statutory customs holds outside our direct operational control.
Raza & Mercer's maximum liability in any commercial dispute shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific shipment in question.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
